Shipping
The Arn swords are shipped in a wooden crate placed in a cardboard box. We ship within Denmark via PostDanmark and to the rest of Europe using DHL. Shipping costs are EUR 20/sword for Denmark and EUR 50/sword for the rest of Europe. We are unable to take orders for delivery to PO Boxes.
Delivery time
If the swords is in stock
Outside Denmark: Swords will be shipped within 10 to 14 days after payment has been recieved. Before it can be shipped I need to get an export permit for the sword(s) from the Danish police. This usually takes about 5 working days. When shipped the sword will be delivered within an additional 5 to 7 days. Within Denmark: Please note that we cannot ship your sword before we have recieved a copy of your sword collectors permit! Swords will be shipped within a week after recieving payment and the buyers sword collectors permit.
Backordered items
At the moment we expect to receive at least 12 shipments from Albion US each year. In worst case it might take your sword up to four months to reach you. Send me an email at soeren@albion-europe.com to get an estimate.
VAT
All prices include 25% Danish VAT. Customers within the EU shall not pay any other VAT. Please note that customers ordering from Norway, Switzerland or other countries outside the EU do not pay Danish VAT but will pay local VAT/tax when the sword passes through customs.
Payment
As a buyer you represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information supplied is true, correct and complete and (ii) charges incurred by you will be honoured by your credit card company and (iii) you will pay charges incurred by you at the amounts in effect at the time incurred, including all applicable taxes. You agree to keep your password confidential and to notify Albion Europe within 24 hours of any unauthorized use of the password. Albion Europe does not protect you from unauthorized use of your password. We will be accepting MasterCard, Eurocard, Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, JCB soon - but at the moment only accept wire transfer.
Return Policy
We believe that our swords must meet your highest expectations - and so must our service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return the item in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will then refund the purchase price. If an item is defective in any way, please return it for repair or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse refund of all or part of the purchase price if it appears the product returned was damaged by the customer while in his or her possession.
We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason, without explanation.

Being a customer of Albion Europe ApS, you certify that you are under no restrictions of law that may prohibit or restrict your possession of edged weapons. It is the responsibility of the buyer, not Albion Europe ApS, to ascertain, and obey, all applicable local, state, federal and international laws in regard to the possession, and use, of any item purchased from Albion Europe ApS. We suggest that you consult your local and state laws before ordering if you are in doubt. By placing an order, the buyer represents that the products ordered will be used in a lawful manner and that he or she is of full legal age. Albion Europe ApS will not be held liable for the misuse of any product purchased from our company. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless either the company, its owners, investors, board members, and staff against any and all claims, demands, actions, or proceedings, resulting in injury, death or damages, losses, and/or liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees, relating to or arising out of any claim asserted by you against the aforementioned companies.
These terms and conditions shall be treated as though they were executed and performed in Denmark and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark (without regard to conflict of law principles).
